Our position on modern slavery, forced labour, and ethical working conditions across our operations and supply chain.
Famous does not tolerate modern slavery, forced labour, child labour, or human trafficking in any part of its operations or supply chain. This statement sets out our current understanding of our exposure to these risks and the steps we take to address them. It is published in the spirit of transparency and will be reviewed and updated as our operations evolve.
Famous is a senior-led operating group providing brand, software, AI, and ventures services across multiple markets. Our direct workforce consists of senior practitioners engaged as employees or contractors. We do not operate in industries associated with elevated modern slavery risk such as manufacturing, agriculture, or construction. Our work is primarily professional, knowledge-based, and delivered remotely or in-person by named individuals.
Our supply chain is relatively limited and consists primarily of professional services, software tools, cloud infrastructure, and occasional specialist freelancers. We engage suppliers who share our expectation of ethical conduct. We do not claim to have conducted formal third-party audits of all suppliers, but we apply reasonable diligence in partner selection and give preference to organisations with clear ethical commitments.
We expect all individuals working with Famous — whether employees, contractors, or partners — to be engaged freely, paid fairly, and treated with dignity. We do not accept arrangements that involve unpaid labour, coercion, or restriction of movement. Any concern about working conditions within our network can be raised directly with a partner without fear of consequence.
We recognise that awareness and diligence in this area require ongoing effort. We will review this statement periodically and update it to reflect changes in our operations, supply chain, or understanding. Where we identify gaps in our approach, we will take steps to address them. We do not claim perfection — we claim intent and ongoing attention.
